From the experience gained from the most extreme rally competitions in the world, SC-Project developed the new Rally-X muffler: this silencer has been engineered to unlock the true offroad spirit of the BMW R 1300 GS.
The Rally-X comes in a short, compact and very aggressive version (250 mm length).
The silencer body is totally new and manufactured using high quality titanium with a slightly conical shape that enlightens the aerodynamic design of the BMW R 1300 GS and it perfectly matches the OEM heat shield. The aggressive end cap has a generous diameter output that recalls the off-road racing world.
The materials used, the production process, the global manufacturing accuracy and even the design and the volume of this silencer, has been calculated and tested to be a real bench mark in terms of durability for the multi-purpose bikes like the BMW R 1300 GS, in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations.
All the technical solutions applied on this product have been tested all over the world during very long distance trips in the most several conditions, both on road and especially off road use. All the components are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block. Excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and a superbe sound experience, in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations.
The Rally-X silencer is enriched by an exclusive aluminium plate with the SC-Project logo, exactly as the exhaust systems of SC-Project Reparto Corse.
The installation is plug and play, ECU remapping is not necessary and this silencer is suitable with OEM side cases.
